The work that was initially designed to provide a glimpse on stem cell differentiation – a small step leading to limb regeneration and organogenesis in animal. After playing with planaria for a while, Drean realize the potential of her work that may also change the way we make vaccine and diagnostic kits against pathogenic flatworms.
